THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO CRIMINAL APPEAL No.79 of 2009 JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for appellant submits that the appellant had died, and placed on record copy of the death certificate dt.20-012015, which indicates that the appellant had died on 21-06-2014. In this view of the matter, the appeal is dismissed as abated. It is directed that the bail bonds, if any furnished by the appellant/accused shall stand cancelled and the amounts, if any deposited by him, be refunded to his Legal Representatives.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
