Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present Writ Petition is being disposed of at the admission stage.

Questioning the action of the respondents in not granting new pattadar pass book-cum-title deed pertaining to the subject land situated at Thimmapur Village, Jaffargadh Mandal, Jangaon District, in spite of his filing online application bearing No.LM2100085344, the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, states that the respondent authorities would consider the petitioner's online application bearing No.LM2100085344 and pass necessary orders thereon in accordance with law. Having regard to the above made submission, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to consider the petitioner's online application bearing No.LM2100085344 and pass necessary orders thereon, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably,

AAR, J W.P.No.36147 of 2021 within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, duly putting all the interested parties on notice and considering their objections, if any.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
