THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI C.M.A.No.390 of 2014 JUDGMENT:

The learned counsel for the appellants had filed a letter before the Registry stating that in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties the appellants are intending to withdraw the appeal. In the said letter, it is also requested to list the matter under the caption `For withdrawal'. Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the caption `For Withdrawal'. In view of the contents of the said letter and the submissions now made, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand dismissed.
