HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 1539 OF 2015 ORDER:

On hearing learned counsel for petitioner at the admission stage, the following order is passed. Having regard to the prima facie accusation contained in the FIR, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings.

Hence, the investigation shall go on.

However, on the request of the petitioner/A1, the petitioner/A1 is directed to surrender before XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad on or before 31.3.2015 and seek for a bail and if he does so, the learned Magistrate shall dispose of his bail application on the same day.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
