The only grievance of the petitioners is that their applications dated 18-07-2016 for mutation of their names in respect of lands to an extent of Ac.1-10, 1-11 cents and Ac.1-10 cents respectively situated in Sy.No.181/2 of Muddapadu Revenue Village, Peddacherlopally Mandal, Prakasham District are not disposed of.

Heard both sides.

In view of the same, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the applications dated 18-07-2016 submitted by the petitioners in accordance with law and take action accordingly within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
