THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.18767 of 2008 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess and demolish the compound wall and tin sheds of petitioner's society is illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition. A letter dated 27.8.2016 is also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted. 3.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
