When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition becomes infructuous and sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

Permission for withdrawal is accorded.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
