HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 16191 of 2009 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the second respondent in withholding the registered documents belonging to the petitioners.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court on 17.08.2009, the registered documents were released to the petitioners and, in view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition.

Recording the said statement, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
