THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.39014 of 2015 ORDER:

Challenge in this writ petition was to the notification dated 27.11.2015 issued by the Prohibition and Excise Superintendent, Visakhapatnam, insofar as it related to the A4 shop in Ward No.21 of Greater Visakha Municipal Corporation.

It is now stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there was no response insofar as this Ward is concerned and therefore the limited challenge to the notification in respect of this Ward has become infructuous.

Recording the said statement, the writ petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
