Heard the counsel for petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Industries for respondent nos.1 and 2, and Sri Zakir Ali Danish, learned Standing Counsel for TSNPDCL, for respondent nos.3 to 5.

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the action of respondents in seeking to disconnect the power supply to the petitioner-Company without awaiting for the decision of the 2nd respondent pursuant to representation dt.11.10.2004 made by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent.

On 28.12.2004, in WPMP.No.31756 of 2004 in WP.No.24238 of 2004, this Court directed the respondents to continue power supply to petitioner on condition of the petitioner depositing 1/3rd of the amount demanded through the proceedings dt.08.03.2004 in ten (10) installments, and clarifying that the petitioner would pay regular consumption charges.

It is stated by the counsel for petitioner that this condition has since been complied with.

The counsel for petitioner now states that the Writ Petitioner has given a representation dt.11.10.2004 to the 2nd respondent and that

the 2nd respondent has not considered the said representation till date. It is also stated that the petitioner-Company is no longer in operation and that it has been closed, and that the management of the petitionerCompany concerned intends to settle the dues payable to the 3rd respondent subject to consideration of the representation dt.11.10.2004 made by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent. 6.
The learned Government Pleader for Industries (Telangana State) states that the 2nd respondent will consider petitioner's representation dt.11.10.2004 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dt.11.10.2004 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
