THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY Contempt Case No.1379 of 2013 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders dated 29.08.2012 passed by this Court in W.P.No.26976 of 2012. By the above said order this Court has directed respondent Nos. 2 and 6 to re-examine the representation of the petitioner dated 12.08.2012 and pass appropriate orders or take necessary action in accordance with law.

However, a counter affidavit has been filed by respondent No.6 and para 3 of the counter affidavit states that pursuant to the order of this Court, notices were issued to the concerned on 11.09.2012 for their appearance. However, the concerned parties did not enter appearance nor filed any documentary evidence. After verification of records and making necessary enquiry the respondent No.6 has disposed of the representation of the petitioner dated 12.08.2012 vide Proc.No.B/3186/2012 dated 20.09.2012.

Since the respondents have considered the representation of the petitioner, in compliance of the order passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner, if any cause survives, to file fresh application seeking revival of the contempt case in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
