THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C. BHANU WRIT PETITION No.14700 of 2015 ORDER:

The relief sought for in the Writ Petition is as follows: "to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the 3rd respondent in not registering a crime basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 06.05.2015 and the further inaction of the Respondent No.3 in not providing security to the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the fundamental principles enshrined in the Constitution and consequently direct the Respondent No.3 to register a crime basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 06.05.2015 and to provide security to the petitioner and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

The learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, states that based on the complaint of the petitioner, a petty case is registered for the offences punishable under Sections 290 and 323 I.P.C and that after taking permission, charge sheet is also filed.

In view of the above submission, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall also stand dismissed.
