HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. No. 26702 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 27.03.2018 in O.A.No. 2769 of 2017 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, has been dismissed. The case of the petitioner before the Tribunal was that on 09.11.2016, the petitioner filed an appeal to the Principal Secretary to the Government, Home Department, Andhra Pradesh questioning the impugned adverse remarks in the annual confidential report (ACR) for the period from 01.04.2010 to 12.12.2010 and sought expunging of the adverse remarks.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned Tribunal dismissed the application by observing that the appeal is pending adjudication before the Government, as such, there is no urgency in the matter to give direction to dispose of the appeal.

Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties and with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to decide the appeal said to have

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
