Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. On 10.01.2023 also, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that the petitioner is not interested to pursue this Writ Petition.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for Non-Prosecution. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
