Order:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare Condition No.3 of Notification, dated 13-072011, issued by respondent No.2, prescribing 80 marks in the EAMCET entrance test as the minimum marks for admission into MBBS/BDS course for the academic

year 2011-2012, as irrational and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Mr.A.Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2Dr.NTR University of Health Sciences, submitted that this Court has dismissed WPMP.No.26084 of 2011, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, and that as the petitioner failed to obtain the minimum prescribed marks, she was not given admission into MBBS/BDS course for the academic year 2011-2012. This submission is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner. As the academic year, for which the petitioner sought relief, has since been past, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
