HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT APPEAL No. 810 OF 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Sri T. Lakshminarayana, learned counsel for the appellants, after arguing the appeal for sometime, prays for withdrawal of the appeal and seeks extension of time to the appellants for repayment of the outstanding loans. He also seeks liberty to the appellants to approach the respondent - Bank for seeking reduction of interest amount. Learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent society has no objection for granting some reasonable time.

In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of the appeal by the following order: "1. Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 2.

The appellants are granted eight months time to repay the outstanding loans in monthly instalments, subject to their filing of undertakings in this Court that they shall repay the loans, as aforementioned, within eight months from today, within a period of two weeks from today with an advanced copy thereof to the advocate for the 1st respondent society.

3. It is open to the appellants, if they so desire, to approach the Bank for seeking reduction of the interest amount and if any such representation is made within a period of one week from today, we hope and trust that the Bank shall consider the same within a period of two weeks therefrom."
