HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No. 14876 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, questioning the inaction of the respondent No.2 in considering the representation dt. 15.02.2014, for regularization of occupation of the petitioner's house bearing No.1-1-379/208 situated on the rear side of SRT 400 at Jawahar Nagar, Ashok Nagar, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India.

During the course of hearing, Sri Parsa Ananth Nageswar Rao, learned counsel for petitioner, requested this Court to issue a direction to consider his representation dt. 15.02.2014 and pass appropriate orders.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for petitioner, the respondents are directed to consider the representation dt. 15.02.2014 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
