ORDER

Challenging the dismissal order dated 4.7.1995, the petitioner had approached the Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Hyderabad, by filing I.D.No.240 of 2002. The Tribunal vide order dated 22.08.2003 dismissed the said I.D. Questioning the same, the present writ petition is filed.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation. At this length of time, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. There are no merits in the writ petition and the same is liable to be set aside. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
