THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No. 8491 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking for quash of all the proceedings in C.C.No. 312 of 2014 on the file of the Court of I Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Mancherial (for short, 'the Court below').

Learned Public Prosecutor (T.S.) takes notice for respondent No. 1. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that no specific allegations are made out by the investigating agency in the charge sheet. But however it is brought to the notice of this Court that charges are not yet framed by the Court below. Hence, the petitioners are directed to avail the remedy of filing discharge petition in the Court below.

With the above direction, the criminal petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
