Sreenivasa Rao, learned counsel for Sri M.V.S. Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri N. Vijay, learned counsel for the respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the sole respondent filed a suit in O.S.No.664 of 2008 on the file of I-Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, and it is coming up for arguments. He would further submit that the petitioner - Secretary of the Defence Housing Co-operative Society is no more and even he is not certain whether his successor is brought on record and so is the case with the respondent.

However, the case details of the said suit would reflect that the suit was coming up for steps from 26.10.2017 and ended on 29.12.2017 and again after two adjournments for amendments, the suit was posted twice for written statement and listed for arguments from 28.03.2018. In such an event, the learned counsel for the petitioner would seek to dispose of the present revision with a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.664 of 2008 itself within two months.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no opposition in giving a direction, as sought for by the petitioner.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the I-Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad, to dispose of O.S.No.664 of 2008 within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
