HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.8015 of 2011 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to call for the records from the 1st respondent in respect of I.D.No.23 of 2004, and quash the impugned Award dated 07.06.2006 published on 9.11.2006 as arbitrary, unjust and consequently direct the 2nd respondent Corporation to reinstate the petitioner back into service with continuity of service with full back wages and to restore all the notional increments from time to time and to pay the arrears flown out of it.

When the matter was called on 21.09.2016 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and to give one more opportunity, the matter was directed to be listed on 26.09.2016. 3.

Inspite of giving sufficient opportunity and informing the party-in-person about listing of the case for hearing and though notice is served party-in-person is not present.

In view of the same, the Court is constrained to dismiss the writ petition.

Hence the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
