In the instant writ petition, the petitioners are challenging the order dated 09.10.2002 passed in I.A.No.193 of 1999 by the 2nd respondent.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the writ petition was dismissed for default against the 1st respondentworkman on 23.06.2011 and the petitioners have not taken any steps to restore the writ petition against the 1st respondentworkman. In the absence of 1st respondent-workman, the writ petition cannot be adjudicated on merits.
