O R D E R

Aggrieved by the action of the police authorities in not registering the crime based on the complaint of the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced detailed written instructions of the Station House Officer, Bowenpally Police Station, Secunderabad, stating that the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.07.2017 was enquired into and it revealed that the subject matter is purely of civil in nature and court cases are pending between the parties and the same was informed to the petitioner by registered post.

Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available under law.
