This Writ Petition is filed challenging the notification issued for the post of Staff Nurses, Refractionists and Physiotherapists on contract basis in Health, Medical and Family Welfare Department in respect of Zone-III.

Since the matter relates to recruitment, it should be filed before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, but not before this Court. The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
