ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., challenging the order dated 29.12.2017 passed in Crl.M.P.No.6317 of 2017 in C.C.No.79 of 2014 by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad dismissing the petition filed under Section 317 Cr.P.C. and issued NBW against the petitioners.

However, the petitioners raised several contentions in the petition, learned counsel for the petitioners, during hearing requested the Court to issue a direction to the Magistrate to dispose of the application filed under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C. on the same day on appearance of the petitioners.

In view of the request made by learned counsel for the petitioners, without touching the merits of the case, the petitioners are directed to appear before the Court below and the Magistrate is directed to dispose of the application filed under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C. on the same day in accordance with law. With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
