HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.676 of 2017 ORDER:

This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the orders dated 24.09.2016 in CMA No.8 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Principal District Judge, Khammam, wherein whereby the orders passed in I.A.No.734 of 2015 in O.S.No.248 of 2015 dated 14.03.2016 by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Khammam, were confirmed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.248 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, as the petitioner is a senior citizen.

The suit is of the year 2015. Number of matters are pending on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Khammam. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the main suit O.S.No.248 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, as the petitioner is a senior citizen. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _____________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J 23rd March 2017.
