THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR Contempt CaseNo.2L43 of 2022 ORDER:

The present Contempt Case is filed alleging disobedience of the order passed by this Court in l.A.No.1 of 2027 in W.P.No.14748 of 2022, d1.23.02,2022 directing the respondents to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner on or before 07.05.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no decision was taken on the petitioner's appeal even after the expiry of four months from the date fixed by this Court.

Learned Government Pleader for Services - I submits that the respondents have now complied with the above said order of this Court, vide lYemo No.Spl./Secretary Peshi/2021-SP336, dt.13.05.2022 disposing of the representation/appeal of the petitioner, though with some delay, and therefore, prays for closure of the contempt case. 4.

A copy of the same is served on the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar and also ls placed on record of this Court. 5.

Having regard to the fact that the above order of this Court lras been complied with by the respondents, though with some delay, there is no disobedience, much less willful disobedience, to the order of this Court, on the part of the respondents.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
