These two Civil Revision Petitions are filed seeking expeditious disposal of the proceedings pending before the Court below.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that now Execution Petitions are posted for arguments and in that view of the matter no further orders are

required to be passed in the Civil Revision Petitions and both the Civil Revision Petitions have become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous.
