ORDER:

Alleging that the sixth respondent is refusing to receive and process the document presented by the petitioner with regard to Sy.No.401 for an extent of 96 sq. yards of Settipalle Village, Tirupathi Village, Tirupathi Mandal, Chittoor District, on the basis of the letter of the Tahsildar in Roc.A/55/2015 dated 03.03.2015, the present writ petition is filed.

2. The same issue was considered by this Court in WP.No.21635 of 2015 date 04.08.2015. However, subsequently, a Full Bench of this Court has adjudicated on all the issues arising under Section 22-A of the Registration Act in WA.No.343 of 2015 and batch dated 23.12.2015. The respondents shall follow the directions contained in the said judgment while examining the document of the petitioner.

In any case, refusal to receive the document by the sixth respondent cannot be approved and hence, there shall be a direction to the sixth respondent to receive and process the document presented by the petitioner in accordance with the judgment of the Full Bench in WA.No.343 of 2015 and batch dated 23.12.2015.

The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________ VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR, J January 6, 2016 DSK
