THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26687 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Municipality has placed on record the Confirmation Order issued vide Notice No.UC/81/W.No.13/TPS/2018, dated 28.08.2018, under Sections 228 (3) & 360 of the Telangana Municipalities Act, 1965 and under Section 42 (1) of the Telangana State Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975.

By placing on record the said Confirmation Order, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, with a direction to the respondent-Municipality to take action, as per law. No order as to costs.
