Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:
'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the fourth respondent in issuing notice to the petitioner with Form No.1, File No.C/ 5290/ 16, dated 19.09.2016 as illegal and arbitrary'.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he gave reply to Form-I notice dated 19.09.2016, till date no orders are passed. 5.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the explanation is given to the notice dated 19.09.2016, definitely the authorities will consider the same, in accordance with law. 6.
Recording the submissions made and having regard to the fact that if reply dated 19.10.2016 is given pursuant to the notice dated 19.09.2016, the Tahsildar-respondent No.4 shall consider
the representation, in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner is in possession of the subject land, status quo as on today to be maintained for a period of four weeks.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 8.
