Petitioner had made representations on 29.06.2016 and 01.09.2016 to 2nd respondent seeking modification of the Seniority List in accordance with the Rules 33(b) 34 and 36(i) of the A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, contending that her date of appointment is 26.02.1993, but in the Final Seniority List it was wrongly shown as 01.03.1993. 2.

The Government Pleader for Services (Telangana) appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said representations in accordance with law and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the said representations in accordance with law and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Revision shall stand closed.
