Heard the party-in-person.

2. This Revision Petition is filed assailing the order dt.22-11-2017 in I.A.No.616 of 2017 in O.S.No.621 of 2017 of the II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Chittoor.

3. Since the petitioner is entitled to file an application to vacate the ad-interim injunction granted by the Court below in favour of 1st respondent and since the petitioner has already filed a counter affidavit in I.A.No.616 of 2017, the Court below is directed to decide the same within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the contentions raised by the petitioner. Incase, the petitioner is aggrieved by any adverse order passed by the Court below in I.A.No.616 of 2017, he shall avail appropriate legal remedy.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.

5. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
