Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:
"....to pass an order or orders one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.4 for not considering the representation dated:15-12-2016, 09-06-2015, 17-04-2015 and 06-06-2015 made by the petitioner for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed including mutation proceedings as per the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Book Act, 1971 including the name of petitioner in pahani patrika with regard to the petitioner's land i.e., Sy.No.576 admeasuring Ac.1-00 gts., and Sy.No.578 admeasuring Acres 3-00 gts., total admeasuring Ac.4-00 gts., situated at Alwal Village, Malkajgiri Mandal, Rangareddy District, in pursuance of the orders passed by the respondent No.4 in File No.B/55/2013 dated 05-02-2014 and declare the same as illegal, arbitrary, against the principles of natural justice and also against the provisions of AP Rights in Land and Pattedar Passbook Act, 1971."

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representations made by the petitioner, at the earliest.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the respondent authorities may be directed to consider the representations made by the petitioner, provided the same are still pending consideration and no appeal is filed or any challenge is made against the order dated 05.02.2014 passed by the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District, in File No.B/55/2013.

Having regard to the rival submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation dated 15.12.2016 said to have been made by the petitioner seeking issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed including mutation proceedings in Records of Rights by incorporating the name of the petitioner in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.4.00 Gts., i.e., Ac.1.00 Gts., in Sy.No.576 and Ac.3.00 Gts., in Sy.No.578, situated at Alwal Village, Malkajgiri Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in accordance with law, provided the order dated 05.02.2014 passed by the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District in File No.B/55/2013 is not challenged or stayed by any higher authority.
