Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare appearing for the respondents. 2.

This writ petition is filed by one Korsa China Maha Lakshmi representing the petitioner viz., Korsa Surya Prahyusha, as she being her adoptive daughter. It is submitted that petitioner, who is the natural daughter of Annama Reddy Srinu and Sodem Venkata Lakshmi, born on 03.12.2002; that the mother of the petitioner Sodem Venkata Lakshmi and the person representing the petitioner who signed the petition, being the close relative of the mother of the petitioner, belongs to Koya (ST) Community; that she got adopted the petitioner through a registered adoption deed dated 15.06.2012 in the Sub‐Registry of Kovvuru, West Godavari District; that she applied for issuing caste certificate to the petitioner vide application dated 08.02.2016. Alleging inaction on the part of the respondents in considering the said application, the present writ petition is filed. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare submits that the application of the petitioner will be considered and processed in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner and pass

appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
