Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners filed a letter dated 18.11.2016, in the registry, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the contempt case.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, granted earlier by this Court stands vacated. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
