HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.14732 of 2017 Order:
This Writ Petition is filed challenging the registration of Crime No.189 of 2017 by the second respondent on the complaint lodged by the third respondent.
The petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the third respondent. A reading of the complaint discloses a prima facie case against the petitioners. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. However, the second respondent can go ahead with the investigation of the case by following due process of law including compliance with Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
