THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT WRIT PETITION No.24427 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek direction thereby directing the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry and submit report as per the letter of 2nd respondent in Proc.in F.No.1597/MC/WGL/2014/ZIII, dated 18.02.2016 in respect of Gazette Notified Wakf Institution Masjid-E-Zam Zam, situated at Charbowli, Warangal Town. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that pursuant to letter dated 18.02.2016, the 3rd respondent was appointed to conduct enquiry regarding the management for financial irregularities of the subject matter.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-1st respondent submits that the 3rd respondent shall conclude the enquiry within four weeks and submit his report within one week thereafter to the 2nd respondent.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. I hereby make it clear that if the petitioner is still agreed by the action and inaction of the respondents, he may approach the appropriate forum. There shall be no order as to costs.
