OFFICE NOTE 08.11.2022 KS,J I.A.No.01 of 2022 This is an application filed by the petitioner-Accused No.7 seeking extension of time for surrender before the Station House officer, Chandampet Police Station, Nalgonda District, as ordered by this Court in Crl.Petition No.8907 of 2022 dated 19.10.2022 for some more days.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to ill-health the petitioner-Accused No.7 admitted in the Hospital on 21.10.2022 at Arogya Hospitals, Hyderabad, as such, he failed to surrender before the concerned SHO as directed by this Court. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner undertakes to appear before the concerned Station House Officer on 14.11.2022.

Having considered the facts and circumstances, the petitioner-Accused No.7 is directed to surrender before the concerned Station House Officer on 14.11.2022. In the event of the petitioner failing to appear before the concerned Station House Officer on the said date, the order automatically stands cancelled. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted to the petitioner-Accused No.7.

The other conditions stipulated in the order dated 19.10.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.Petition No.8907 of 2022 shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this IA is ordered.
