HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.14737 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in not registering the crime based on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 25.02.2017.

This Court is not satisfied with regard to the averments made in the affidavit for registration of the complaint, but, however, gives liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings for lodging a private complaint, if she is so advised.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
