HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.7693 & 7694 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.7320 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused No.1 and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of C.C.No.427 of 2016 on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Sangareddy District, which is outcome of crime No.196 of 2016 of RC Puram Police Station, Medak District, registered for the offences under Sections 120-B, 420, 494, 495, 496, 498-A r/w 34 IPC & Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
