This Civil Revision Petition arises out of Order, dated 24.03.2016, in IA.No.97 of 2016 in OS.No.788 of 2003 on the file of the IV Additional Senior Civil Judge (FTC), Visakhapatnam.

At the hearing Mr.G.Rama Gopal, learned Counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the cause in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.6113 of 2016, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
