HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.26802 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 in not acting upon the complaints of the petitioner dated 16.07.2018 and 25.07.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that respondent police are pressurising the petitioner to withdraw their complaint. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that already crime No.659/2018 was registered on the complaint of the petitioner. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent police not to pressurise the petitioner to withdraw the complaint and not to force the petitioner to enter into compromise. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
