THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.4322 OF 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A2 and A3 in C.C.No.63 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Manthani, Karimnagar District.

At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after full-fledged trial, the petitioners were acquitted by the learned Magistrate.

Having regard to the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the purpose of filing this petition becomes infructuous.

Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
