Heard Sri K.Pavan Kumar for petitioners, Assistant Government Pleader (Irrigation) for respondents 1 to 3 and Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) for respondents 4 and 5.
The grievance in the writ petition relates to closure of channel. Admittedly, no action on the representations dated 01-07-2016 and 15-07-2016 is taken by respondents.
Assistant Government Pleaders appearing for respondents 2 to 5 submit that representations dated 01-07-2016 and 15-07-2016 will be looked into by respondents 2 to 5 and appropriate orders are passed within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The statement is placed on record.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing respondents 2 to 5 to consider representations dated 01-07-2016 and 15-07-2016 and pass orders within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.
The petitioners are given liberty to resubmit representations dated 05-05-2016 and 05-08-2016 to respondents 2 to 5 alongwith a copy of this order within one week from today, for timely decision in this behalf.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
