Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

In the written instructions received by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, it is stated that on the compliant of the petitioner dated 03.10.2022 was acted upon and a petty case was registered under Section 290 IPC vide Consecutive No.352 of 2022. It is further stated that one Suvarna (sister-in-law of the petitioner) lodged a complaint against the petitioner and a case in Cr.No.334 of 2022 was registered for the ofFences under Sections 294(b). 504, 506 read with Section 34 IPC of Peddapalli Police Station. Petitioner is Accused No.1 in the said crime. Except conducting investigation, the police never Interfered in the civil disputes at any point of time.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that if the petitloner is aggrieved by registration of petty case, then the remedy available to him is to approach the concerned court or file a private complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C.

As it is stated by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home that petty case is registered on the complaint of the

petitioner, no further orders are required to be passed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by non -registration of FIR under Section 290 IPC, then the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedies available under law.
