This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 16.03.2012 in I.A.No.708 of 2010 in O.S.No.622 of 2006 on the file of the Court of the V Additional Senior Civil Judge (F.T.C.), Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

As per the office note, the above suit was disposed of on 18.12.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous. In view of the office note as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
