THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5205 of 2016 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in this Revision is that O.S.No.97 of 2013 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Bhimavaram, West Godavari District relates to marital status of his daughter, who is 2nd respondent herein, and the matter is dragging on since 2013 in spite of a docket order dt.27-06-2016 advancing trial to 04-07-2016.

The record reveals that 1st respondent/plaintiff had alleged that he married the 2nd respondent/1st defendant and he sought a declaration that the 2nd respondent is his legally wedded wife and to restrain the petitioner and 2nd respondent and others from performing second marriage to the 2nd respondent.

Having regard to the nature of the dispute, which is likely to impact the personal life of 2nd respondent and in the interest of justice, the Senior Civil Judge, Bhimavaram is directed to dispose of O.S.No.97 of 2013 within three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
