Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents.

Even though show cause notice has been issued to the petitioner on 21-07-2015 and the petitioner submitted his explanation on 14-12-2015, enquiry into the allegations against the petitioner has not been completed in spite of the fact that this Court by order dt.31-06-2015 directed the respondents to complete the same within 30 days from the date of such order. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents states that it was the petitioner who delayed in filing of explanation to the show cause notice and he cannot blame the respondents for not completing the enquiry within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. I find considerable force in the submission of the learned Government Pleader.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to complete the enquiry into the allegations leveled against the petitioner in the show

cause notice dt.21-07-2015 by considering the explanation of the petitioner, by conducting an enquiry under sub clause (5) of the Clause 5 of the AP State Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2008 and after giving personal hearing to the petitioner on or before 3103-2016. No costs. 6.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
