None appears for the petitioner.

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 160 of 2013 on the file of Shankarpally Police Station. Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that after conducting a detailed investigation into the crime, the police have filed a charge sheet on 09.02.2015 before the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Chevella and the same is yet to be numbered.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, leaving open all such remedies as are available to the petitioner under law, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
